About Wolff & Wolff

In February 1995, Wolff & Wolff Attorneys at Law was established by Ruby A. Wolff and her mother-in-law, Antoinette (“Toni”) M. Wolff, with a vision to create a dynamic law firm grounded in family values and professional excellence. The duo initially formed the partnership with the intent of having Toni’s son and Ruby’s husband, Mark A. Wolff, join them once the firm grew. Their vision quickly became a reality, and by 1997, Mark had left his previous firm to become a partner at Wolff & Wolff. Over time, the firm honed its expertise, focusing on representing debtors in bankruptcy, handling bankruptcy lawsuits, and facilitating settlements.
